Build an Affordable Custom Website
This one of our primary services. When building an affordable custom website for a company or personally, we talk with you about perceptions of what the site is to do. Having a personalized website is much like building a house, with one major difference. If the perception changes in the project, changes are keystrokes away. We understand through experience that every custom website will normally go through one of two metamorphisis.
- Grow Legs - Website Scope grows as services, ideas grow.
- Application Adjustment - We want our custom website to do little more
than we originally thought.

Making your website affordable is one the major issues that we will work through. One approach that we often take is modular. This way chunks of your custom website project can be added when you are ready. In most cases we build, repair, or retool websites at 30-60% less than others.
Be Affordable and My Goodness, Profitable
Let us quickly share with you our idea of what is not an affordable custom website. A Chiropractor paid $1,000 to have a website built that looked nice, had fancy menu backgrounds, and was simple, about 8 pages long. Over the course of 18 months, the website had not generated one lead or phone call; which was the primary reason he wanted the custom website.
When we got the call to check it, we found that the site was what we called "Parlor Design". This is the type of site that formatted to look great, cozy, but is not very search engine friendly. These are perfect for private and/or group sites, but not for "Exposure Design". We reworked his website, maintaining the majority of the aesthetics and theme, and within 60 days, he had his first new patient from it and he average a 2 new patients a month for the next 4 months, more after that. This was for only $350.
When we compare, $1,000 spent over 6 months = $0 Revenue. $1000/6 = -$167/month revenue Loss or a Total Loss of $1,000.
Compare that $350/6 = -$58/month PLUS 8 New Patients (ave $225 each)
= $1,400 Gain
Needless to say, after the site was findable, then new services were added
to enhance revenue further. The average chiropractic patient is worth approximately
$2000 to the practice over the course of time. When your custom website
makes you money, then it is very affordable.
A Personalized Website
Many companies offer very inexpensive websites that are personalized as long as you pick one of their templates. Most these sites are designed so that optimizing them (making them search engine friendly) or making changes (themes, fonts, colors, images) is worse than if it was built from scratch. This is not what we define as a custom, personalized site, this is what we consider, out of the can. We will gladly offer one of our pre-packaged websites, but do not give the illusion of sales that you may see elsewhere.
Think Broad. We encourage our clients to list some of their favorite sites, and also to search sites in their industry they like. We use this information to build a custom website that meets your goals (remember the Parlor Design example), the people you want to care for (elderly, kids, sales), and what you like.
