Cervical Cancer Screen (every 3 years age 19-64) ICD9: V76.2 CPT: 88141-88148 / 88150-88155 / 88164-88167 / 88174-88175

Colorectal Cancer Screen (routinely at 50) - Colonoscopy every 10 years,
Sigmoidoscopy every 5 years, Fecal Occult Blood annually, or Barioum
Enema every 5 years:

Chlamydia Screening for sexually active females under 25, Osteoporisis
